The Sudan Founding Alliance (Tasees) announced the formation of a (15-member) Presidential Council, headed by Mohamed Hamdan Daglo (Hemedti), with Abdelaziz Al-Hilu as Vice-President. In addition, the Council’s membership includes figures such as Al-Tahir Hajar, Mohamed Youssef Ahmed Al-Mustafa, and others.
Furthermore, the Alliance decided to appoint Mohamed Hassan El-Ta’aishi as Prime Minister, in a development described by the Alliance as one aimed at “managing the transitional period and cementing the foundations for a comprehensive political solution,” according to a statement issued by the Founding Alliance.
