The Free Lions Party said on Tuesday that the acts of violence and killings that took place in some villages in Gezira State, which targeted the residents of kanabi for racist motives, is unacceptable and unacceptable in any way, and contradicts the principles of the true religion and the values of the authentic Sudanese society.
In a statement on Tuesday, the party affirmed its categorical rejection of all forms of violence directed against any group or group based on race, color or religion. He pointed out that Sudan is a homeland for all its people, and there is no place for hatred or discrimination.
The party called on the International Criminal Court (ICC) to immediately investigate these terrorist crimes committed by the Baraa Bin Malik Brigades, the Islamic Movement Brigades and militias affiliated with the Sudanese army and bring the perpetrators and those who incited them to justice, to ensure that justice is achieved and that the victims and their families receive justice.
For its part, the Supreme Council for Dar Hamar Affairs said that the ongoing humanitarian violations in the state of Gezira is a plan drawn up in advance by the army generals on the day they gave the state as bait for the RSF, which swallowed it with the help of the “spy” Kickel, who was later withdrawn as part of the plan, as he is working today to implement it with them.
The council added in a statement on Tuesday: “The systematic violations affected the residents of al-Kanabi in Gezira state, through killing, arresting and burning houses and kanabi completely, in a picture that resembles a scorched earth policy, with the aim of displacing more than 5 million people, who have been living on the margins of life in the state of Gezira.”
The statement added: “According to human rights activists, the violations against the Kanabi population in Gezira state came under direct instructions from senior leaders in the Sudanese army, which indicates that it is a deliberate policy that aims at best to get rid of anyone whose origins are from Kordofan and Darfur as a prelude to the subsequent partition of Sudan.”
The Supreme Council for Dar Hamar Affairs condemned the humanitarian violations taking place in the state of Gezira, which human rights groups described as genocide and ethnic cleansing, against the Kanabi people from western Sudan, and stressed the need for human rights organizations to do their duty to monitor and document these crimes and submit them to the competent authorities in preparation for holding the criminals accountable and avoiding impunity, adding: “The plans being implemented by those who have been manipulating the Sudanese people will have disastrous consequences for the country, the least of which is societal division and mobilizing people with revenge and hatred, paving the way for ethnic conflict.
